Who we are?

GDPR Help is an advisory service provided by Hanff & Co. AB, one of the world’s leading privacy consultancies with over a fifteen years of experience.

We have been directly involved in the development of European privacy and data protection laws since 2008 as expert advisors to both the European Commission and European Parliament and were involved in the development of the GDPR and helped to draft the upcoming ePrivacy Regulation.

Our team are professionals with backgrounds spanning legal and technical skillsets all certified via the International Association of Privacy Professionals.

Hanff & Co. AB work with some of the largest corporations in the world providing bespoke compliance services, but we also understand that smaller organisations have smaller budgets and often need answers without signing up to expensive contracts.

We launched GDPR Help specifically to cater to organisations with ad hoc requirements although there is an option for subscription based services for those who need something more.

How does it work?

Simply complete the form at the top of this page by asking your question, choosing your hourly rate and providing us with an email address to contact you on.

Once your question is received someone from our team will contact you within 2 business hours (Stockholm time) to provide a quote based on the estimated time it will take to answer your question. Once you receive the quote you pay via our online payment provider (Klarna) and once payment is received we will start the work of answering your question.

Depending on the payment option you chose, you will receive your answer within 24-72 hours.

If we are late providing your answer the price automatically drops to the relevant tier and a refund of the difference is provided.

If we are unable to provide you with an answer, we will refund your payment in its entirety.

Subscriptions

If you would like to retain our services for longer projects, you can join our subscription programme which guarantees you a fixed number of hours over a fixed period for a fixed monthly price.

As a subscription based customer you can ask as many questions as you like within the retained hours and if you feel you need more hours some months, you can increase the retainer for those specific months.
